Accompanying person registration fee will include access to:

Registration will be considered confirmed when the payment is received.

Payment should be made online by credit card (VISA, Mastercard/Eurocard, American Express) or by Bank Transfer.

The payment transfer form should clearly state the name(s) of the delegate(s) and of the event (ICGI2019-ETS)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be communicated in written form to the Organizing Secretariat,

please email secretariat@ICGI2019-ETS.org. For cancellations received before 15th October 2019,

the registration fee will be refunded deducting an administrative fee of 10% of the paid amount. After this date there will be no refund.

The refund, if due, will be issued within 60 days from the end of the Conference.
