Cairo metro line 2

• The importance of line no.2 is due to the fact that the whole line was constructed from A to Z, and it did not depend on any other previous remaining works such as track works or old stations.
• Line no.2 extends from Shubra al-Khaymah to Ramses Square, then to Attaba Square and Tahrir Square, and then passes under the two Nile branches to Dokki station, then to Giza and then to Om El Masrien zone, and it ends in EL-Mounib.
